01 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Expense Manager (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms outlined herein, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the App.

02 Financial & Advisory Disclaimer

All figures, charts, calculations, budget alerts, and totals displayed in the App are generated based on the raw information input by you. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your financial entries. Systematic Finance shall not be held liable for any financial decisions, tax calculations, losses, or vendor payment discrepancies arising from the use of this software.

03 Account Security & Permitted Use

When you create an account or use Expense Manager, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information when registering via email or Google Sign-In.
• Safeguard your authentication credentials and maintain control over access to your physical mobile device.
• Never reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, license, or exploit the source code or proprietary assets of the App without express written authorization.
• Never use the App for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities.

04 Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, logos, UI designs, code architecture, custom icons, and visual elements comprising Expense Manager and Systematic Finance remain the exclusive intellectual property of Systematic Finance and its licensors. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal license to use the application for personal household and budget management.

05 Cloud Sync & Service Availability

While we strive for continuous 99.9% uptime of our Google Cloud Firestore synchronization backend, we do not warrant that service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or resilient against catastrophic regional network outages. We recommend periodically reviewing your data and utilizing export features where applicable.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Systematic Finance, its developers, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, inaccuracies in budgeting, or device corruption) resulting from your access to or inability to access the App.

07 Termination & Account Cancellation

You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by deleting your account through the in-app settings or our Account Deletion Portal and uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in malicious behavior.

08 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the developer, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

09 Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms at our discretion. Notice of substantial revisions will be published directly on this webpage with a revised "Last Revised" date. Continued use of the App following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
